I can't give more stars because they are not available. I want to highlight not only the professionalism, but also the willingness and interest they showed in helping me solve my problem. It was a late Friday and I ran into a problem on the road near Badajoz. When I called them, they didn't have any problem with me going. I received the utmost kindness, sympathy and professionalism from the entire team. I am grateful for the prompt solution they provided to my problem, but, above all, I want to express my deep gratitude for the warm welcome I received and the dedication they all showed to resolve it. Your commitment and attitude made a big difference in a stressful situation. Thank you!

I took my Ford Focus for the 3-year or 45,000 km check (the previous checks had been done at Antonio Bravo) and in general everything was very good. Very good treatment from the staff, the prices are high, but as usual if you take the car to the inspections at the house, the entrance to the workshop is not informed before going with what I went in front of the building and then to the workshop that is behind. The check only consisted of an oil change, but they checked my fluid levels (they also refilled my windshield washer fluid) and pressures for free. They gave me an initial price, and then when the work was finished it turned out that it was another €50 more expensive but they respected the initial budget so I was very happy. I recommend them, it is worth taking your Ford there.

The attention and technical provision of the service were friendly, cordial and very adequate. I was surprised that they didn't offer me a courtesy shuttle or car, something to get me back to work. The new concessionaire needs investments to improve access, waiting area, etc. It doesn't look even remotely like the Maven dealership in Almendralejo.

Regrettable and arrogant attention from Javier Romero and his superior Óscar, head of sales. We have purchased a vehicle and they do not provide the second key, nor the COC document. We will not purchase again or recommend this company to anyone.

I love Ford's cars and the attention from salesman Jose María in both the sales and after-sales service has been impeccable. Resolving all my doubts and updating me on the status of my vehicle at all times. It's nice to meet professionals like this.
